Dry Vitamin E:
This Vitamin E contains 400 IU (d-alpha tocopheryl acid succinate) dry vitamin E from soy oil in vegetarian capsules. This form has less oil and a longer shelf life than the oil type capsules. Daily Dry Vitamin E is available in bottles of 100 capsules. (C, MS)

Natural d-alpha tocopherol from mixed tocopherols is the most natural form of vitamin E. While vitamin E activity is only claimed for the alpha tocopherol, the other naturally occurring tochoperols may have biological activity as well.
